Our group has successfully implemented several projects in Georgia, including the Wyndham Grand Tbilisi and the Rustaveli Boutique Hotel. The Wyndham Grand Tbilisi stands out for its sophisticated design and exceptional service, appealing to both local and international guests. The Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is a niche property that celebrates Georgian wine and cuisine, offering visitors a journey into a gastronomic paradise. 

We are also working on a project in Israel, located in the wine region of Zichron Yaakov, Bat Shlomo. This project aims to become a major tourist destination for wine enthusiasts, offering wine tourism, local culture, and exotic cuisine, while deepening cultural and economic ties between the two countries. 

Additionally, we are developing the Akhmeta Wyndham Garden and Akhmeta Wyndham Residence projects in the city of Akhmeta. These eco-projects, set in an environmentally clean, mountain-surrounded landscape, are designed to provide vacationers with a peaceful retreat close to nature, all while showcasing the beauty of the Kakheti region. These hotels will cater especially to families who prioritize a healthy lifestyle and clean environment. Notably, one of the key features of these hotels will be a wine spa, a unique offering that sets the project apart as a first-of-its-kind in Georgia.
